Cook couscous according to packet directions.
Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and Moroccan seasoning.
Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat then stir in chicken. Brown chicken then stir in the mushrooms and onion. Cook until browned then stir in garlic and couscous. Crack in egg and quickly stir until mixed in and cooked through.
Add soy sauce, chives and lemon juice, remove from heat then enjoy.
