Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Line baking tray with baking paper. Lay tortillas on tray then sprinkle on cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes until crisp. Sprinkle with oregano then cut tortillas into wedges. (You may have to do this in batches).
In a bowl add avocado, lime juice, chilli and garlic then mash together with a fork. Spread over the tortillas then sprinkle on the capsicum, spring onion and chives. Serve with salsa for dipping.
