Lisa's Easiest & Yummiest Chocolate Fudge

    This is the easiest and most delicious Chocolate Fudge recipe ever! It takes about 5 minutes to make and 2 hours to set in the fridge which makes it an easy party food recipe, for when you have a last minute invite somewhere or for when you just feel like something sweet!!!

    Makes: 36 pieces

    • 500g milk cooking chocolate broken into small pieces
    • 75 cooking butter chopped into small pieces
    • 400g tin condensed milk
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
    • ** additional flavour no. 2 if desired: 3 broken up peppermint crisp bars
    • ** additional flavour no. 3 if desired: 3 crushed up Crunchie bars
    • ** additional flavour no. 4 if desired: 3 crushed up Crunchie bars
    • ** additional flavour no. 5 if desired: zest of 1 orange & a small squeeze of the orange
    • ** additional flavour no. 6 if desired: 3 chopped up Turkish delight bars

    1. Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper.
    2. Put the condensed milk, butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan and heat on medium/low stirring constantly until melted through.
    3. Take off the heat and stir through the vanilla.
    4. Add any of the addional flavours at this step if you desire and stir through thoroughly.
    5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared tin and set in the fridge for 2 hours.
    6. Slice into 36 small pieces and try not to eat it all in one go!!!


    This is an extremely easy and delicious sweet fudge recipe. It can be very rich and sweet for some people, but the small pieces are just the right size!

    Easy and so yummy! I added 1/2 cup of chopped raw cashews for a bit of texture. So good!  -  28 May 2015
