This dinner has chicken, fried in Moroccan seasoning and oil, paired with couscous seasoned with garlic, cumin, lemon juice, chicken stock and 4 bean salad.


Serves: 4 

  • 250g chicken breast or tenders
  • Moroccan seasoning, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cup couscous
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • teaspoon chicken stock
  • 420g mixed bean salad

  1. Season chicken in Moroccan seasoning then cook in a covered frying pan in oil.
  2. Cook couscous according to packet directions. Fluff couscous then stir in in the garlic, cumin, lemon juice and chicken stock. Mix with the bean salad then top with the chicken to serve.
