2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup lemon juice
salt, to taste
2 tablespoons onion, diced
2 cherry tomatoes, diced
1 squeeze lime juice

Slice avocados in half and remove the pit. Dice the avocado in skin then scoop it out with a spoon and add it to a bowl with the lemon juice, onion, tomatoes and lime juice. Mush with a fork then stir in salt to taste.
