This light soup makes a great starter to any meal. It has flour dusted onions fried until crisp, chicken stock, beef stock, mushroom and chives. Delicious.
Heat oil in small frying pan. Break apart onion, dust in the flour then cook in the hot pan until golden brown. Remove and set on a paper towel.
In a saucepan, combine the chicken stock, beef stock and soy sauce. Allow to heat through. Pour into serving bowls then add the mushroom, chives and fried onions. Serve.
