This sangria has Cabernet Sauvigon, brandy, sugar, lemon, orange, apple and soda water all soaked overnight to make a delicious summer cocktail for a crowd.

Ingredients
Serves: 8
1 bottle Cabernet Sauvignon
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brandy
1 lemon, peeled and sliced
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1 cut up apple
1 litre soda water
Directions Preparation:20min › Extra time:8hours chilling › Ready in:8hours20min
Put all fruit into a large bowl or jug. Pour in sugar and soda water then pour in the wine. Refrigerate overnight then serve.
Tip
You can add any fruit that you are keen on, cut up limes and peaches work great as well.
