These were terrific. The only problem that I has was that the batter was very thick. That made it hard to fold in the raspberries without crushing them. Still a very yummy muffin. Thanks for sharing! - 20 Jun 2013
My family loved these! I made 10 generous sized muffins and used a third less oil but added around 40g melted butter to the wet ingredients. Also used frozen raspberries which was still delicious. I've been asked to pass on your recipe. Thanks! - 25 Aug 2015
