    These orange Weet-Bix squares have butter, Weet-Bix, flour, sugar, coconut and a bit of orange juice. Topped with your favourite icing this slice is sure to be a hit.

    Serves: 8 

    • 150g butter
    • 1 cup crushed Weet-Bix(TM)
    • 1 1/2 cups (190g) self raising flour
    • 3/4 cup (170g) sugar
    • 1/2 cup (50g) coconut
    • 1 tablespoon orange juice

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. Mix dry ingredients well. Melt butter and orange juice. Add to dry ingredients. Press into greased 28x19cm tin.
    2. Bake at 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes. Ice with orange or lemon icing while still warm. Cut into squares.
