Boil and mash potatoes then set aside. In frying pan, brown mince with onion. Stir in the tomato sauce, mixed herbs, salt and pepper to taste, Worcestershire sauce and baked beans. Remove from heat then stir in the frozen veggies.
Transfer to a baking dish then top with the mashed potatoes. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until bubbling and potatoes are golden brown.
Great way to use leftover mashed potatoes and baked beans.
