    This cottage pie has onions, beef mince, tomato sauce, mixed herbs, Worcestershire sauce, baked beans, veggies, salt and pepper then it's topped with mashed potatoes.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 4 medium potatoes, mashed
    • 500g beef mince
    • 2 onions, diced
    • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
    • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 (420g) tin baked beans in tomato sauce
    • 1 cup frozen veggies (optional)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven for 190 degrees C.
    2. Boil and mash potatoes then set aside. In frying pan, brown mince with onion. Stir in the tomato sauce, mixed herbs, salt and pepper to taste, Worcestershire sauce and baked beans. Remove from heat then stir in the frozen veggies.
    3. Transfer to a baking dish then top with the mashed potatoes. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until bubbling and potatoes are golden brown.

    Tip

    Great way to use leftover mashed potatoes and baked beans.
