Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and line a baking tray.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a smaller bowl stir together wet ingredients. Mix wet ingredients into dry.
Form 1cm balls and press onto a baking tray.
Bake in oven for 7-10 minutes, or untile they are golden brown.
Almond Flour is almost the same as ground almonds, but it has a finer texture. Try purchasing blanched almond flour online if you're not able to find it in health shops. To make your own, grind blanched almonds yourself using a clean spice grinder. Using the food processor results into an oily almond paste, not a powdery result like flour.
