Easy Scones

These basic scones have only butter, flour, sugar, salt and milk. Baked until golden, they are best served with butter and jam. Top with anything you're keen on.

I added raisins also used whey (left over from yogurt making) instead of milk. I cut into four then gently shaped them for 4 fab, light, really large scones. My family loved them with jam and really thick homemade yoghurt.
