Roll out pastry then divide into 5cm rows. Peel skin off sausages then divide into equal pieces. Lightly roll in hand with a bit of flour.
Roll on pastry then pinch closed. Cut away any excess. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Poke with a fork, brush with milk then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden. Cool before serving.
