This recipe is a great change from your usual pizza! It is spiced with garlic, ginger and cumin and includes sweet corn and red onion. Very easy to make, great combination of flavours.
Heat up a deep frypan or a wok and add the oil and 1 teaspoon butter. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute. Add the onion and capsicum and fry three minutes longer.
Add the chilli powder, cumin, pepper, salt, sugar and oregano then fry one minute longer. Stir in the cooked corn and add a dash of tomato sauce. Stir fry two minutes then remove from the heat.
Spread the ready made pizza base with the remaining 1 teaspoon butter and drizzle with tomato sauce. Add the cooked vegetables and spread them out evenly.
Sprinkle the vegetables with grated cheese and place in the oven 15 minutes or according to package directions.
