In a food processor, blend together the onion, garlic, ginger and dried chillies. Soak the rice vermicelli until soft, about 20 minutes.
Heat a fry pan with olive oil to medium high and add the blended ingredients. Once the mixture is cooking and becoming fragrant, sugar and salt to taste, then add the squid and prawns.
When the prawns and squid are just cooked, 2-5 minutes, add the rice vermicelli and bean sprouts and mix through. Serve.
