4 hard boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
a few drops of Worcestershire sauce

Cut the eggs in half lengthways then remove the yolks and crumble with a fork.
Add to the egg yolk the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, curry powder, paprika and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well and spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
