Gluten Free Chocolate Mousse

    When you find gluten free chocolate, why not turn it into an awesome gluten free chocolate mousse with this simple two ingredient recipe.

    Serves: 4 

    • 300g dark gluten free chocolate
    • 375ml thickened cream

    Preparation:15min  ›  Extra time:30min chilling  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Break up the chocolate into small pieces and place in the microwave watching until the chocolate starts to melt, stir then microwave until soft.
    2. Whip the cream until firm. Pour melted chocolate into cream then fold in until well combined.
    3. Transfer into serving dish(s) and place in fridge until it is time for dessert.
