Lemon and Elderflower Cordial

    5 days 10 minutes

This is an easy and refreshing cordial you can make when elderberries are in season. It's nice as a gin mixer as well. It keeps about a month in the fridge.

    • 1kg caster sugar
    • 80g citric acid (available from chemists)
