Teriyaki Beef and Red Capsicum

    I love a fast, tasty, easy and healthy meal for my family. This is delicious and gives a big dose of vitamin C and protein.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 red capsicums, sliced
    • 750g beef steak, thinly sliced
    • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a hot wok or a frying pan and stir fry steak until just browned; set aside.
    2. Heat the remaining oil and stir fry capsicums for 30 seconds. Add teriyaki sauce, constantly stiring, and cook for further 30 seconds. Add in cooked steak and stir until heated through. Serve!
