Add in sugar, spices, vanilla and half of the milk. Blend till smooth.
Add the remaining milk and the rest of the ingredients and blend till it reaches the desired consistency.
Serve the shake with a straw and sprinkle with cinnamon!
Use cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg or a mix for spices.
Omit ice-cream, replace sugar with honey and use skim milk for a healthier shake.
