Foxgloves Non Alcoholic Chocolate Fondue

    6 minutes

A rich yummy chocolate fondue that all the family including the kids can enjoy. I made this for my little boys birthday party and served it with fresh fruit skewers and marsh mellows for the sweet toothed adults.Any excess can be freezed and pulled out and heated for a quick chocolate sauce over desserts.

    Serves: 6

    • 100 Grams Dark Chocolate
    • 400 Grams Milk Chocolate ( I used Cabury)
    • 1 Medium Toblerone ( approx 200 gram size)
    • 200 ml Unwhipped Cream

    Preparation:1min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:6min

    1. Heat Cream in a saucepan over a low heat until hot but not boiling.
    2. Break Chocolate into small chunks and drop into heated cream mixture.
    3. Stir continuously allowing chocolate to melt and combine with the cream.
    4. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
    5. Allow to cool slightly and put into a fondue pot.
    6. Serve with fresh fruit for dipping.

Dont worry if fondue is too runny. Allow to cool to just about room temperature and check consistancy. If its not thick enough for your taste then return to heat and add more dark chocolate.

If you like the choc caramel taste then you can add some Jersey Caramel lollies at stage 2.
