A rich yummy chocolate fondue that all the family including the kids can enjoy. I made this for my little boys birthday party and served it with fresh fruit skewers and marsh mellows for the sweet toothed adults.Any excess can be freezed and pulled out and heated for a quick chocolate sauce over desserts.
Dont worry if fondue is too runny. Allow to cool to just about room temperature and check consistancy. If its not thick enough for your taste then return to heat and add more dark chocolate.
If you like the choc caramel taste then you can add some Jersey Caramel lollies at stage 2.
