the best chocolate brownies

    I love this recipe, it's so easy and it has cocoa instead of chocolate so it's so much quicker.

    Makes: 24 pieces

    • 1 cup flour
    • 2 cup sugar
    • 12 tablespoons cocoa
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 250gm butter, melted
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:18min  ›  Extra time:10min cooling  ›  Ready in:38min 

    1. preheat oven to 180C.
    2. add all the dry ingredients together, then add the butter and mix.
    3. lightly beat the eggs and add into the mixture, pour the mixture into a tin.
    4. bake for 10 minutes , then put tin foil over and bake for another 8 minutes or until a knife came's clean.
