Blackberry Smoothie

    A really delicious smoothie - a great way to use wild blackberries (available in February) or shop bought ones (available December). Really filling meal substitute and good for you too!

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 cups low fat or whole milk (cold)
    • 125g blackberries
    • 1 tablespoons Splenda or Hermesetas spoon for spoon
    • 1/2 cup natural yoghurt
    • 5 ice cubes

    Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Add berries to blender.
    2. Tip ice cubes on top.
    3. Add milk, yoghurt and sweetener.
    4. Blend until all incorporated. Drink immediately or refrigerate for later.
