A really delicious smoothie - a great way to use wild blackberries (available in February) or shop bought ones (available December). Really filling meal substitute and good for you too!
2 cups low fat or whole milk (cold)
1 tablespoons Splenda or Hermesetas spoon for spoon
1/2 cup natural yoghurt
5 ice cubes
- Add berries to blender.
- Tip ice cubes on top.
- Add milk, yoghurt and sweetener.
- Blend until all incorporated. Drink immediately or refrigerate for later.
