    For a more tart flavor in this delicious non-alcoholic punch substitute cranberry juice for the cran-apple juice.

    Serves: 15 

    • 2 cups (500ml) water
    • 150g sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 4 cups (1 litre) pineapple juice, chilled
    • 4 cups (1 litre) cranberry-apple juice, chilled
    • 4 cups (1 litre) ginger ale, chilled

    1. In a saucepan, bring the water, sugar and cinnamon to a boil; stir until sugar is dissolved. Chill. Just before serving, combine the syrup mixture, juices and ginger ale in a punch bowl or large pitcher. Serve over ice.
