    This is a very quick & easy to make non bake slice. I first made this from seeing it on Huey's Cooking show, where it was made with Rice Bubbles and Coco Pops. Found that it is even more yummy when adding Nutella and also using my favourite cereals.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 24 

    • 1/4 Cup Butter or Unsalted Butter
    • 1/2 Cup Honey
    • 1/4 Cup Caster Sugar (any type sugar can be used)
    • 1/4 Cup Nutella (Optional)
    • 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
    • 1 Cup Coconut
    • 4 Cups Breakfast Cereal

    1. In a large mixing bowl, put coconut & Rice Bubbles & Coco Pops. On and add the Coco Pops, Rice Bubbles and coconut. Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula and mix well.
    2. Melt the butter, honey, sugar and peanut butter and Nutella in either a heavy saucepan or double saucepan, until everything has dissolved, stirring now and again. Then bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 mins, be careful not to burn mixture.
    3. Once mixture has melted and mixed well, add to the bowl with the Coconut & Rice Bubbles & Coco Pops, mix together until everything is combined.
    4. Place in a slice tin or similar Line it with baking paper, overlapping the sides. Spoon in the mixture, and press down firmly making sure to push mixture into corners. Then refrigerate for an hour or until set.

    Substitution

    You can use either 2 cups each of different cereals ie: Rice bubbles/coco pops. I prefer the Uncle Tobys Plus varieties. Cereals like Nutra Grain or Special K or weet bix/vita brits also works well too. You can also add some mixed fruit to

    Other ideas

    you can adjust any of the ingredients to suit your own tastes. Less butter, or more Honey. for a less sweet taste, omit the sugar.
