This is a tasty easy as recipe for satay chicken. My friends and family all LOVE it. They are forever raving about it or asking me for a copy of this recipe, so im going to share it with all you guys cause its just so delicious and simple!

Ingredients

Serves: 2
  • Olive Oil
  • 4 Tbs Satay Sauce
  • 3 Tbs Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbs Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 Tbs Crunchy or Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbs Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Salted Peanuts
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 Chicken Breast

Preparation method

Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 20 minutes
1.
Cut all chicken breast into stripes and set aside.
2.
Heat oil in frying pan.
3.
Add to frying pan soy, sweet chili, satay and tomato sauce and stir until combined.
4.
Once sauces are all mixed add in crunchy peanut butter until eavenly spread throughout.
5.
Chop salted peanuts and add to frying pan.
6.
Add water and keep stirring.
7.
If sauce becomes to dry add more olive oil or water.
8.
Add chicken stripes and coat with sauce, cook until chicken is browned and ready to eat.
9.
Serve straight away with your choice of rice, vegetables, pasta salad or salad.
Tip

Can be frozen for a later date, enjoy!
