    Sugar, sugar and more sugar, how could you go wrong? Marshmallows are dipped in white chocolate and then a little ghost face is added.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 12 ghosts

    • 200g white chocolate
    • thickened cream, as required
    • 1 packet of marshmallows
    • small batch of black icing (or a pre-made tube)

    Directions
    Preparation:30min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:35min 

    1. Place the white chocolate in a bowl then microwave for 30 second then stir, continue this until melted.
    2. Add some cream to the chocolate to create a runny but not drippy consistency.
    3. Dip each marshmallow into the white chocolate ganache mixture then leave to run and get ghost like.
    4. Add a face as you go or do them all at the end.
