Sugar, sugar and more sugar, how could you go wrong? Marshmallows are dipped in white chocolate and then a little ghost face is added.
Makes: 12 ghosts
200g white chocolate
thickened cream, as required
1 packet of marshmallows
small batch of black icing (or a pre-made tube)
- Place the white chocolate in a bowl then microwave for 30 second then stir, continue this until melted.
- Add some cream to the chocolate to create a runny but not drippy consistency.
- Dip each marshmallow into the white chocolate ganache mixture then leave to run and get ghost like.
- Add a face as you go or do them all at the end.
