put machine on dough setting leave for 20 mins or until well combined
make with lid open if poss so you can help mix process by scraping flour off sides every now then,add more water or flour to get consistency for a good ball of dough.wrap in plastic chill for 10-20mins roll out to sausage shape on lightly floured board, cut into about 6 mini balls of dough, slightly bigger than a golf ball.now your ready to make the pasta.
Have your pasta machine ready to go,
Have a rack set up, or something to hang pasta over,
Get 1 of your dough balls and stretch to oblong shape and put through machine on its thickest setting, hang the dough once through, repeat process till you have put all the dough thru each size setting on machine, thickest to smallest(or desired size.
Now put through pasta machine on your desired setting either noodles/fettucine, making sure to hang after cutting, don,t worry if they havn't completely seperated out as noodles, that will happen while they cook, i like to cook straight away or you can dry them store for later.
To cook i have rapid boiling water with a splash or good olive oil,decent pinch garlic salt, cook for 4-6 mins.
