This is a great snack or quick lunch and amazingly good for you. It's also a really healthy way to start your day.
1 cup cucumber (about half a cucumber), peeled and seeded
1/2 cup red capsicum
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste
4 ice cubes
- Cut all the vegetables into chunks.
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until thoroughly combined and smooth.
