Blueberry Daiquiri

    I always keep frozen blueberries in the fridge, and this is one of my favourite things to do with them, especially in summer!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 cups ice
    • 1 cup frozen blueberries
    • 4 tbsp caster sugar
    • 4 shots (1/2 cup) dark rum
    • 1/4 (65ml) cup lime juice
    • 1/4 (65ml) cup lemon juice

    Directions
    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Let the frozen blueberries soften for 15 mins before use. Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve in chilled glasses.
