- 2 blood oranges
- 1 (750ml) bottle fruity white wine, such as Chardonnay
- 2 small sticks cinnamon
- 2 whole pods star anise
- 4 cloves
- 2 tablespoons cointreau
Preparation:5min › Cook:5min › Ready in:10min
- Cut off the blood orange zest in four spirals and set aside. Squeeze both oranges.
- Mix juice with wine, cinnamon, star anise and clove and heat without boiling. Stir in orange liqueur and strain.
- Pour into punch glasses and garnish each glass with orange zest.
