prep / slice onion and garlic and deseeded chilli.
Heat a frying pan to a medium temp.
Add onions garlic tomatoes and chilli and cook until soft.
Add cumin and paprika and cook out.
Then add the refried beans or option.
Cook for 4 mins.
Then remove from pan and place in warm bowl.
Finally place 1 tortillia wrap in same pan warm for 2mins add 50g cheese then place the mixture in the bowl on top of the cheese
Place the remainder of the cheese on the mix followed by the 2nd wrap .
Once the bottom wrap is crisp flip over and ccrisp other side and turn out onto a board and cut.
Enjoy as is or with a salad and some sour cream and guacamole.
