Tuna Casserole with Jasmine Rice

2 cups Jasmine rice
425g Tuna in oil
2 cups Mix vegetables
1 can 420g Watties Tomato & Herb pasta sauce
2 1/2 cups Water
- Cook rice with water in microwave for 25mins.
- Drain oil from tuna and save some of the oil. In a pan, stir fry vegetables with tuna using some of the oil for 5 minutes. Pour in the can of tomato and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the rice on individual plates and put the tuna casserole on top.
Use pasta instead of rice.
