Generously spray cooking oil on an oven proofed dish. Line up the pastry on top to form a base. Put the frozen veges & cheese at the base, and mix in stock and sweet chilli sauce. Whisk the eggs together and pour over the mixture. Use the other sheet of pastry as a cover to make the top of the pie.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until top of pastry is golden.
