Chocolate Mug Cake

This cake is a lot to eat for one person so I like to cut it in half and some times half again.

I think sugar must be missing from the ingredients by mistake. Other mug cake recipes I've seen have 4tbsp Flour, 2tbsp Cocoa and 2tbsp Sugar.

the first time i made it i cooked for three minutes and it seemed really dry so i have adjusted the time to 2 minutes but if you think it is not cooked enough you can cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Loved it...although it think it was too much for 1 cup. Next time I will split the ingredients between 2 cups. I also didn't have any choc chips, so I popped in a few sqaures of a cadbury family block....they sank to the bottom so when I dug my spoon in I got the gooey chocolate....yummm

Really easy recipe but i feel you need to add sugar or more choc chips a it isnt sweet enough. Very nice texture though

I added 2 tbsp sugar as suggested my previous review and also added 4 squares chopped chocolate. Was a bit rubbery but that's probably because I don't know what would be 100 watts on my microwave. Would do again when I just want some cake knowing its quick
