These awesomely spicy potato chips are a quick easy snack, perfect for when you crave something crispy and tasty. I recommend a potato suited for mashing but any will do.
If you don't want them to be spicy, you can always change the Sambal sauce for some BBQ sauce or sauce of choice or you could just leave them plain :)
Used different ingredients. Same method etc... just alternative TIP in plastic freezer bag, add sauce & herbs as desired add potato slices & shake... just like makes wedges for the oven then place on sprayed baking paper on plate in microwave - 05 Apr 2011
