Lay the mountain bread out flat on a cutting board and spread sauce, making sure it is totally covered.
Sprinkle the toppings - the bacon, ham and cheese - evenly across the bread. This is where you can experiment. Add anything you would like, making sure it is spread well. However, just be cautious about how much you put on as this could making rolling more difficult.
Choose one end of the wrap and start rolling. Do not roll to tightly as this will cause the bread to tear.
Place on a heated sandwich toaster and toast until cheese is melted and the bread is browned.
