Golden brown soft biscuits filled with choc chips and peanut butter. Feel free to replace the dark choc chips with white choc - or mix them both!
If you can't find the peanut butter chips (and yes they can be hard to find in Australia, unless you order online, or through a specialist US outlet) replace with 1 cup (250g) peanut butter. Try the crunchy over the smooth!

This cookie recipe was easy and tasty. On accident I only used 1 cup of sugar and they were still very good. My family likes nuts so I also added 1 cup of pecans.
