Tuna Celery Sandwich

    What could be more enticing on a summer's day than fresh crusty bread with a tasty tuna mayonnaise mixture combined with onion and celery, pickle and fresh herbs?

    Serves: 4 

    • 185g tin tuna, drained
    • 1/2 cup (120ml) mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
    • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
    • 1/4 cup dill pickle, chopped
    • 1/4 cup sweet pickle, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

    Preparation:15min  ›  Extra time:1hour chilling  ›  Ready in:1hour15min 

    1. Mix together all ingredients; chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
