A pasta salad is a great light lunch and use for leftover turkey after a big roast dinner. There are never any leftovers from this one!

Serves: 4 

  • 220g fusilli/spiral pasta
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 3 cups cooked turkey, cubed
  • 1 cup chopped celery

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, yoghurt, onions, salt and white pepper. Gently stir in turkey, pasta and celery. Cover, and chill until serving time.
