A real reuben needs dark rye bread, heaps of corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and dressing. Delicious!


Serves: 1 

  • 2 slices dark rye bread
  • 120g thinly sliced corned beef
  • 100g sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:3min  ›  Ready in:8min 

  1. Place bread on baking tray or grill pan. Layer corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese on top of bread slices.
  2. Grill on high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, until cheese has melted. Serve hot with Thousand Island dressing.
