800ml tomato sauce
150g chilli flakes
120g cayenne pepper
60g ground black pepper
100g ground paprika

In a large, clean bowl or bucket, mix together the cider vinegar and tomato sauce. Season with chilli flakes, cayenne pepper, black pepper and paprika. Mix well and store in air tight containers. This does not need to be cooked.
