Quick BBQ Sauce
A quick and very tasty barbecue sauce that should be used to baste barbecue meats during the last minutes of cooking.
Ingredients

- 1/2 (30g) packet dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- In a medium bowl, mix together onion soup mix, sugar, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Do not use until the last few minutes of cooking, because this sweet sauce will burn if cooked for too long or over too high heat.

I LOVE this sweet sauce. I've been making it for about a year and have passed it onto several people. I only use about 1/2 the packet of onion soup mix and 1/2 of the worcestershire called for. I also add a tablespoon or two of pineapple juice (something my grandma always added to her bbq sauces). This sauce makes delicious ham bbq sandwiches.
