Made about 10 pancakes. Insufficient milk meant the mixture was too thick. Apple topping was nice.  -  30 Jan 2016

There is something wrong with the quantities. (Should it be 150ml milk??) I made the pancake mixture as instructed and ended up with dough rather than batter. It went in the bin and I used a recipe from an old cookery book instead. The topping was nice but it's hard to go wrong with apples, sugar and cinnamon  -  12 Jan 2011  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
