These are ridiculously easy no-bake macaroons made with oats, cocoa and coconut. Simple and delicious!
1/2 cup (125ml) milk
2 cups (440g) white sugar
1/2 cup (45g) shredded coconut
3 cups (450g) rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

In a saucepan over medium heat combine the copha, milk and white sugar. Stirring constantly bring mixture to a boil and continue to boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add cocoa, coconut and oatmeal. Stir mixture well.
Drop teaspoon sized drops onto a greaseproof paper lined baking tray. Place biscuits in the refrigerator to set then into an airtight container to store.
