Walnut Biscuit Filling

    This is a recipe for a delicious and delicate walnut biscuit filling. Use with your favourite biscuit recipe.

    Serves: 24 

    • 250g ground walnuts
    • 2 egg whites
    • 1/2 cup (110g) super fine sugar

    Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Beat the egg whites and add the ground walnuts and white sugar. Mix well. Place about 1 teaspoon of filling on each square.
