Crunchy Cabbage and Noodle Salad
- 1 medium head cabbage, grated
- 1 bunch spring onions, chopped
- 2 (85g) packets chicken flavoured instant noodles
- 125g slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/2 cup (125ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
Preparation:10min › Extra time:1hour chilling › Ready in:1hour10min
- In a large bowl combine the cabbage, spring onions, noodles and almonds.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together the oil, sugar, vinegar and seasoning packets. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix well to coat. Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
