    This is a sauce I make myself because I am not a fan of tartare sauce. It's great with fried fish or fish fingers.

    Serves: 8 

    • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 4 tablespoons sour cream
    • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

    Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard and lemon juice. Adjust amount of mustard to taste. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.

    This was really good, and what I was looking for. I whipped up the sauce and then did as another reviewer and put it over steamed broccoli. I also added grated cheese on top and baked it at 180 for 20 minutes. It was sooo good and such an easy way to add some extra flavour to veggies!!! - 29 Sep 2008
