Fried Banana with Fruit Salad

    30 minutes

This is a light and delicious dessert, easy to prepare! Best eaten right after it is served when the banana is still warm and the ice cream is still a bit frozen.

Sounds interesting, but a better name would be Maple Bananas Foster with Fruit Cocktail. A fritter is covered in batter and fried.  -  13 Apr 2008  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
